Influence
Our TV show is influenced by Comic Relief which is yearly broadcasted on BBC one. Our show is based around this because it is going to be heavily based around Sport and will include interviews and videos in how people can help to support the charity and what we did as a group to raise money for such a good cause.
What influenced our VT was one of the Comic Reliefs videos of an event taking place. The VT included lots of different shot types of the sport happening and the editing made it very encouraging for people to get active in whatever way to help raise money.
When our host Dan Church introduces are guests to the show, one of our cameras starts at the entrance to the TV studio and pans around when the guests walk on through. This was influenced by many TV shows such as The Late Late show and the Jimmy Fallon Show where when a guest is introduced, usually the camera will track them from their entrance point and pan round past them as they approach the host to sit down for the interview.
